TelePages' Privacy Policy
TelePages, Inc. (“TelePages”) values the privacy of our Members and others who use
trydaTM, www.tryda.com and TelePages’ products (the “TelePages Service”)
(collectively or individually “Member” or “Members”). This statement governs information
you provide to us or that we learn from your use of the TelePages Service and tells
you how we may collect, use, and in some instances share this information.
The Information TelePages Collects
Member Provided Information:
You provide to TelePages what is generally called “personally identifiable” information
when you register (such as name, email address and phone number of device being
used). You provide search query terms to the TelePages Service when you perform
a search. You may provide your location, if you use this feature, which will become
part of your Member profile.
Information From Your Wireless Provider:
When you search by location and have enabled your search to be location sensitive,
you may be authorizing your wireless provider to send relevant information to TelePages,
including your location.
“Cookies” Information:
When you use the TelePages Service, we may send one or more cookies (a small text
file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer. TelePages
uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after
you close tryda or your browser and may be used by tryda or your browser on subsequent
visits to the TelePages Service. By using these cookies, we can “remember” what
you have done on the TelePages Service before and personalize our site for you.
These persistent types of cookies can be removed, but each web browser is a little
different, so please look through your browser “Help” file to learn the correct
way to modify your cookies set-up. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent
you from accessing some of the functionality and site offerings available via the
TelePages Service.
“Automatically Collected” Information:
When you use the TelePages Service, we may record certain information from your
device or web browser by using different types of technology. This "automatically
collected" information may include, but may not be limited to, your Internet Protocol
address ("IP Address"), web browser type, mobile device used, the name of your
data service provider, screen resolution, the pages you view on our site, the parameters
for the search, and the dates and times that you visit.
The Way TelePages Uses Information
TelePages uses the information that we collect to provide to you all of the features
and services found on the TelePages Service. TelePages uses all of the information
that we collect from our Members to understand the usage trends and preferences,
to improve the way the TelePages Service works and looks, to improve our marketing
and promotional efforts, and to create new features and functionality.
If you enter a search query through the TelePages Service, we will receive the query
text and process it to return a results page to you. TelePages uses your regional
location, if you provide it to us, to provide you with more customized search and
advertisements. TelePages collects aggregate queries for internal reporting and
targeted advertising. All information about a Member’s search activity is evaluated
only on anonymous (and generally only on an aggregated) basis, except in response
to a customer service inquiry as required by law. We reserve the right to delete
or retain your search query history to provide you targeted search results.
TelePages uses automatically collected information and cookies information to: (a)
remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit
or the next time you visit the TelePages Service; (b) provide custom, personalized
advertisements, valuable coupons, search, content, and information; (c) monitor
the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; and (d) monitor aggregate usage metrics
such as total number of visitors and pages viewed.
We will use your email address, without further consent, for non-marketing or administrative
purposes such as notifying you of major updates to our Service. TelePages will not
use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send promotional
or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program
or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in.

information to affiliated companies or other businesses or persons to process such
information on our behalf, to provide website maintenance and security, to offer

parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy,
we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information, and we require
these parties to use any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
